Delivery Information

1. A delivery charge of $25.00 is applicable for Purchase price $100 anabove  .
2. DELIVERY CHARGES DOES NOT COVERED SENTOSA AND JURONG ISLAND (ADD CHARGES APPLY)
3. Time of Delivery cannot be fixed and all delivery schedules are at the sole discretion of Simplicity.SG.
4. If there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the items, the items will be sent back to our retail shop for self-collection by the customer.
5. All deliveries can only be made in Singapore (Exclude Sentosa & Jurong Island)
6. Please note that overseas orders can only be delivered to Singapore addresses.
7. Simplicity.SG reserves the rights to change the delivery schedules without prior notice
8. Delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.
9. SELF PICKUP DAY ONLY EVERY MONTH 1ST WEEK WEDNESDAY AND 3RD WEEK WEDNESDAY 
10. SELF PICKUP TIME ONLY AT 5.30PM - 6.30PM SLOT
